What I Do
I am a real estate advisor who specializes in Land Assembly & Land Acquisition in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. I sell residential houses, town homes and condos in Vancouver and I also work with clients in the purchase and sale of businesses and foreclosures.
Meet the Client
Meeting the Client- I meet the client at their home or office and sit down to discuss their goals in selling their home. I take a tour of their home and plan any de cluttering or small upgrades.
Design The Marketing Plan
Discuss my marketing plan- I ask for some input or if they have any questions. My job is to ultimately give advise to my clients but the decisions are always theirs.
Client Satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction- I know that my clients are satisfied when I get them the results that they expect.
